How long does shipping take?
Most orders within Egypt arrive in 4–8 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your racket is dispatched from our Cairo workshop.
How can I pay?
We use Paymob for secure online payments — accepting Visa, Mastercard, Meeza, and select wallets. Cash on delivery is currently disabled to keep prices fair for everyone.
What does the "Used" condition mean?
Every used racket is graded transparently as Like New, Good, or Fair. We add notes for any cosmetic or play wear so you know exactly what you're getting before you click buy.
Do you offer warranty or returns?
New rackets are covered by their manufacturer warranty against defects. If anything looks off when you open the box, message us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
Where do your rackets come from?
We source new rackets directly from authorized international distributors and the brand HQ when possible. Used rackets come from local players we know and trust — never random online listings.
